Group winners: FC Bayern München, FC Internazionale Milano, SL Benfica, Real Madrid CF, Chelsea FC, Arsenal FC, APOEL FC, FC Barcelona

Match-to-watch:

AC Milan (ITA) v Arsenal FC (ENG)

With RVP is now on fire, it won't be much problems for the Gunners to beat AC Milan but to do that, Wenger's young guns must be able to live up the play at the center of the park. It will be a hard task for Arsenal to break the Milan's defends as clubs from Italy is known as a rock when it comes to defending. Even Barcelona have troubles to score against Inter Milan during Mourinho time. On the other hand, Arsenal's need to defends against Zlatan Ibrahimovic who is a big gun in front of the goals. With Robinho, K.P Boateng and Pato supporting him, Arsenal have a huge task to do. This is surely will be a great match to watch.

SSC Napoli (ITA) v Chelsea FC (ENG)

AVB's army will have to beat the on-form Napoli to qualify to the next round. Its been years now since Roman Abramovich dream of lifting the UCL and this season will be the same. He will keep trying and now with the young manager in charge, Chelsea plays a bit of more attacking, higher tempo and more interesting match to watch. To do that, the Blues need to stop the high-profile striker Edinson Cavani. Another problem for Chelsea will be to stop Marek Hamsik from dominating and creating the play in midfield. Ezequiel Lavezzi is also a player to watch as he completes Napoli FC core strength. With both side have the quality to win, it will not be a waste of time to watch the game.

Fans of football will surely waiting what FC Basel can do to Bayern Munich. Will they kick-out the German side or will Bayern Munich crash them out of the competition. Will Apoel made it to the next round. This underdog team might produce another shocking win if they win against Lyon. Anything can happen in each of these match, that is why football never fails to entertain..:D

Laughter And Health

Laughter and Health
source:http://science.howstuffworks.com

We've long known that the ability to laugh is helpful to those coping with major illness and the stress of life's problems. But researchers are now saying laughter can do a lot more -- it can basically bring balance to all the components of the immune system, which helps us fight off diseases. (Google, Immune System and Laughs.)

As we know earlier, laughter reduces levels of certain stress hormones. In doing this, laughter provides a safety valve that shuts off the flow of stress hormones and the fight-or-flight compounds that swing into action in our bodies when we experience stress, anger or hostility. These stress hormones suppress the immune system, increase the number of blood platelets (which can cause obstructions in arteries) and raise blood pressure. When we're laughing, natural killer cells that destroy tumors and viruses increase, as do Gamma-interferon (a disease-fighting protein), T-cells, which are a major part of the immune response, and B-cells, which make disease-destroying antibodies.

Laughter may lead to hiccuping and coughing, which clears the respiratory tract by dislodging mucous plugs. Laughter also increases the concentration of salivary immunoglobulin A, which defends against infectious organisms entering through the respiratory tract.

What may surprise you even more is the fact that researchers estimate that laughing 100 times is equal to 10 minutes on the rowing machine or 15 minutes on an exercise bike. Laughing can be a total body workout! Blood pressure is lowered, and there is an increase in vascular blood flow and in oxygenation of the blood, which further assists healing. Laughter also gives your diaphragm and abdominal, respiratory, facial, leg and back muscles a workout. That's why you often feel exhausted after a long bout of laughter -- you've just had an aerobic workout!

The psychological benefits of humor are quite amazing, according to doctors and nurses who are members of the American Association for Therapeutic Humor. People often store negative emotions, such as anger, sadness and fear, rather than expressing them. Laughter provides a way for these emotions to be harmlessly released. Laughter is cathartic. That's why some people who are upset or stressed out go to a funny movie or a comedy club, so they can laugh the negative emotions away (these negative emotions, when held inside, can cause biochemical changes that can affect our bodies).

Increasingly, mental health professionals are suggesting "laughter therapy," which teaches people how to laugh -- openly -- at things that aren't usually funny and to cope in difficult situations by using humor. Following the lead of real-life funny-doc Patch Adams (portrayed by Robin Williams in a movie by the same name), doctors and psychiatrists are becoming more aware of the therapeutic benefits of laughter and humor. This is due, in part, to the growing body of humor and laughter scholarship (500 academicians from different disciplines belong to the International Society for Humor Studies).

Here are some tips to help you put more laughter in your life:

Figure out what makes you laugh and do it (or read it or watch it) more often.
Surround yourself with funny people -- be with them every chance you get.
Develop your own sense of humor. Maybe even take a class to learn how to be a better comic -- or at least a better joke-teller at that next party. Be funny every chance you get -- as long as it's not at someone else's expense!
The simplest tips, BE HAPPY!

Top 10 countries with the most beautiful woman

Top 10 countries with the most beautiful woman

10. Canada
There's nothing appealing about Canada's nickname, The Great White North, but what is appealing about Canada is the warmth of the people and the looks of the women. Similar to the U.S., Canada is a multicultural society and as such its women hail from every ethnicity and nationality. However, there is one noticeable difference from its southern neighbor, Canada's obesity rates are about half those of the U.S.

9. Netherlands
The Dutch are world-famous for their welcoming attitudes and humor, the women are no exception. Shorties be warned, Holland is home to the tallest people in the world and the average woman here is over 5 ft 7 in tall. Oh and also, don't worry, the only thing flat in Holland is the landscape.

8. Denmark
Denmark is the gateway to Scandinavia and it doesn't disappoint. The girls here are beautiful, blonde-haired, blue-eyed vixens and will leave you wondering how anything could have ever been rotten in the state of Denmark. Copenhagen has always struck me as a city similar to Amsterdam but just a little bit nicer. So instead of going to Holland for the umpteenth time, check out Denmark.

7. Colombia
Neighboring Venezuela attracts most of the attention with its perennial Miss Universe Pageant winners, but Colombia is no slouch either. It might not do as well in the pageants, but where it matters, on the streets, Colombian girls are just a tad bit hotter than their Venezuelan counterparts. Check out the city of Cartagena on the Caribbean coast to see a place that really dazzles, but watch out, you might not want to come back.

6. South Korea
The highest ranked Asian country on the list, the women in South Korea are truly beautiful. It's no surprise that South Korea fulfills a cultural icon role in Asia. Koean pop groups, television soap operas and fashion trends are immensely popular throughout the continent. YouTube a video by the Wonder Girls or the song Bo Peep Bo Peeo by T-ara to see an example of beautiful Korean pop stars.

5. Bulgaria
Not as well-known as many of the other Eastern European countries on this list, but that's bound to change once words gets out on just how great this country is. Bulgaria is home to ski resorts, a lively capital city, medieval towns, great beaches on the Black Sea and oh that's right, GORGEOUS WOMEN! The most striking thing about Bulgarian women is that they are often tall with pale skin, dark hair, and blue or green eyes.

4. Russia
Mother Russia makes its appearance at number four on this list, but when we're talking about women this beautiful it's really only a slight matter of opinion that it's not number one. For 4,000 miles all the way from Moscow to Siberia the women in Russia are drop-dead gorgeous. Siberia may even be the most interesting part of Russia, as there's a mix of European descended Russians and Asiatic descended Russians. I can tell you, there is nothing sexier than a tall, well-dressed Asian woman, speaking Russian.

3. Ukraine
The Ukraine is perhaps most famous for mail-order brides, which isn't a fair characterization, but if you had ever visited the country you would try to place an order yourself. Kiev, the capital, is a beautiful city and ranked number one on my list of the ten cities with the most beautiful women in the world. More so than just the capital though, the Ukraine also has a beautiful Black Sea coast, which, in the summertime, is home to thousands of beautiful women in skimpy bathing suits. Check out the city of Odessa if scantily-clad women are the type of thing that interests you.

2. Argentina
I have no doubts that Argentina has not only the most beautiful women in South America but the entire Western Hemisphere! Maybe it's the high-fashion or the romantic culture, or maybe it's just because the women are tall drop-dead gorgeous beauties, but there's truly something special about them. This isn't Brazil, these are girls that are just as at home at a formal dinner as they are at the beach.

1. Sweden
Stockholm may have lost its number one spot on my ranking of cities with beautiful women, but Sweden is still firmly in first place on this list. The first time you visit Sweden is an unreal experience as you realize that everything you have ever heard is, in fact, true! The women are tall, blonde-haired, blue-eyed goddesses whom are friendly and educated to boot. So plan your trip today and maybe check out a few other countries on this list.
