Why some people feel more stressed than others

Take a break pal
This is the most common reason why people get too stressed on what they do. They cannot stop thinking about their work,responsibilities and etc. Most of working parents when they get back from work, they still think about their work. This shows that these type of people does not have a place called home to rest their body and mind. Imagine a car, being used for a long trip and does not given a single rest or stop. For sure, the car will be ruined,damaged and will not be able to be used anymore. Same goes to human, we are not a machine,we need a break,a rest and furthermore life is too short to only focus on the things that made our life a mess.

Choose to be happy
As we can see, people in the 20th century are not the same as the community back in the 19th century because of technologies. People nowadays are far more friendly on the net rather than in their real life. The community has changed and this affect people with stress as we all know a smiles on a person really can give relief to others. According to Menshealth magazine, smiling requires less muscle to work than a sad facial expression. When we feel stress, the muscles in our face get tired by a longing bad facial expression. A laughter or a smile can help to relief those stressed muscles. Not only muscles but your mind as well as we feel more relax by hanging out with friends, laughing together and etc. This is also one way to take some rest from our stressful work conditions or environment. So do your body and mind some favor and give others a smiles. There is no harm being happy.

Not enough time for everything? Then everything is wrong with you
Some working or some students always think that there is not enough time to have some fun with their busy schedule. Give me a break because this is so wrong. Your company allocate 8 hours a day at your office to give your best with your work, 5 days a week/some 6 days a week to work on whatever you are doing. What did you do with the other 16 hours a days in your working or studying life? If you think that there is not enough time to do everything and enjoy your own life, manage your time wisely cause as a human being we should have all the time in the world to enjoy our own life.

Mentality
Ever heard of people saying or complaining that their job is not fun at all? These sort of things came from the people that have their mentality set as there is no fun about working or studying at all. Change your mentality, think about something good that your job contribute to the society or to whoever and you will be proud of what you are doing.

Working or studying should be fun and made you life a lot better. Not turning your life to a messy life. Successful people are the one who excel in managing their stress.
